| Description: | All individuals wishing to coach in the spring season must attend a coaches certification. This is required by the city of Smyrna and SFL. The time to attend is from 6-8:30 on either Tuesday, March 4th or Thursday, March 6th. The cost is $20.00 per coach and a check or money order may be written to NYSCA. |

| Description: | Blackman High School is putting on a fastpitch softball clinic at the High School on Sunday, April 20th from 1-5 pm. They will be offering 4 hours of clinics in the following categories: Pitching, Catching, Hitting, Infield and Outfield. Your daughter can choose up to 2 categories to participate in – such as Pitching/Hitting or Infield/Outfield…..
The cost is $20.00 for the entire time and can be paid upon arrival at Blackman High School. When you check-in let the staff know you are a member of SFL in order to receive the $20.00 price. SFL is not conducting the clinic in any way, but the BHS coaching staff and instructors for the clinic are offering a discount to members of SFL. The clinic will be a good tool for your child to learn more about the sport of fastpitch softball and SFL would like to encourage your daughter to participate if possible. Coaches and parents are welcome to watch and learn more about each clinic offered as well.
Please let your team mom know if you plan to attend the clinic and which categories you would like to participate in by Thursday April 17th so we can let the instructors of the clinic know what to expect.
